1. Admission & Occupancy
- Admission to the hostel is subject to approval by the Hostel Management.
- The hostel is for female students/employees only. Proof of identity and eligibility is required.
- Rooms are allotted based on availability and discretion of the warden/management.
- Subletting or changing rooms without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
2. Fees & Payment
- Hostel fees must be paid in advance as per the schedule.
- Late payments will incur penalties as decided by the management.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable (except for security deposit, subject to conditions).
3. Visiting Hours
- Visitors are allowed only in designated areas and during specified visiting hours.
- Male visitors are not allowed inside the hostel rooms under any circumstances.
- Overnight stays by guests are strictly prohibited.
4. Timings & Curfew
- Entry/exit is permitted only during designated hours (e.g., 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
- Residents must return by curfew time unless prior written permission is obtained.
- Late entries without permission will be reported and may lead to disciplinary action.
5. Conduct & Discipline
- Residents are expected to maintain decorum and respect staff, fellow residents, and property.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music, parties, or any form of disturbance is not allowed.
- Any form of bullying, harassment, or violence will lead to immediate expulsion.
6. Room & Property Maintenance
- Residents must keep their rooms clean and tidy.
- Damage to property will be charged to the responsible resident(s).
- Electrical appliances like heaters, irons, or cookers may be restricted or regulated.
7. Security & Safety
- The hostel is monitored for security purposes. Tampering with CCTV or security systems is prohibited.
- Residents must report suspicious activity or emergencies to the warden/security immediately.
- Personal belongings are the resident’s responsibility. Management is not liable for theft or loss.
8. Health & Medical
- Residents must inform the warden of any serious medical condition.
- Emergency medical assistance will be provided, but expenses will be borne by the resident.
9. Leave & Absence
- Prior permission must be taken for overnight leave or absence.
- A leave register or online form may be maintained for tracking purposes.
10. Termination & Expulsion
- The management reserves the right to terminate a resident’s stay for violation of any terms.
- In case of expulsion, no refund of fees will be made.
- On vacating the hostel, the resident must return all hostel property and clear dues.
